  • How quickly will you get rental proceeds to me and will you deposit the funds into my bank account?
  • Will you be available when I have questions about my property?
  • How many years of experience do you have as a landlord and/or property manager?
  • If I prefer to manage the property myself, do you offer an option to just find tenants for me?
  • How involved will I be in decisions about tenants and my property?
  • What does your lease do to protect me as the owner?
