My name is Drick Ward. I began as a real estate investor in 1987 and was first licensed as an agent in 1989. After working in the industry for a few years, I inactivated my license to work in IT management in the franchise sector for a  decade. During this time, I continued to build my portfolio and increase my training and education in real estate as a wealth building strategy.

In 2003, I again obtained my real estate license and have been working as an investment advisor, property manager, and residential real estate agent ever since. My technology background gives me a significant advantage over most agents who don’t even understand complex searches and electronic automation. My knowledge of the area benefits buyers I work with and my marketing skills benefit sellers I work with.  My creative thinking and problem solving skills benefit my clients by creating a win:win for everyone.

My Mission

Helping people with their real estate.  Real estate transactions can often seem more complex than they should be.  I enjoy helping people with real estate transactions; whether it's the purchase of your first home, selling a home, buying or selling investment properties, or just locating the best value for your needs in the housing choices available.  As a REALTOR^®, I subscribe to a higher level of professionalism with a code of ethics and standards of practice that other real estate agents do not necessarily abide by.
